May 25, 2010 - ELKHART COUNTY CHILD SUPPORT DIVISION EARNS MOST IMPROVED PERFORMANCE AWARD

Elkhart County Child Support Division Earns Most Improved Performance Award 2nd Quarter 2010 - North East Region, Indiana Child Support Bureau

Child Support Collections have increased from 56.24% to 57.05% a 0.81% increase from 1st Quarter to 2nd Quarter, fiscal year 2010. 

Support collections from 2nd Quarter 2009 to 2nd Quarter 2010 have increased by 0.948% or $167,122.06.

These totals do not include arrearage collections.

Apr 28, 2010 - PROSECUTOR HILL JOINS CENTURY COUNCIL AT PINEWOOD ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

Elkhart County Prosecutor Curtis T. Hill, Jr. joined the Century Council to bring "Ask, Listen, Learn:  Kids and Alcohol Don't Mix" to students at Pinewood Elementary on April 27, 2010.  The Century Council created an interactive physical fitness activity that builds on the existing Ask, Listen, Learn program and encourages kids to say "YES" to a healthy lifestyle and "NO" to underage drinking.  Prosecutor Hill states, "Underage drinking is something we take extremely seriously in Elkhart County, and I am happy to support the program the Century Council has brought here today."
