ELKHART CITY POLICE OFFICERS RAID HOUSE AT 24576 CR 6

Elkhart City police officers requested and obtained a search warrant from the Elkhart County Prosecuting Attorney's Office for an address at 24576 CR 6, Elkhart County.

Officers were following up on information from an incident that occurred earlier inside of the City.

Based on the initial investigation the officers found approximately 381 grams of suspected marijuana, scales, and cash totaling $504.41. Officers also found 40 tablets of suspected Oxycodone, a Narcotic.

Laura L. Reynolds, age 36, 24576 CR 6 has been formally charged with Assisting a Criminal, a Class D Felony, Maintaining a Common Nuisance, a Class D Felony, Possession of More than 30 grams of Marijuana, a Class D Felony, Possession of a Narcotic Drug, a Class D Felony and Resisting Arrest, a Class A Misdemeanor. Her bond was set at $20,000 and she faces up to 12 years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
