PROSECUTING ATTORNEY PRESENTS PUBLIC SERVICE AWARD TO BILL KUHNS AND KAY STODDARD     Elkhart County Prosecuting Attorney Curtis T. Hill, Jr. presented Public Service Appreciation Awards to local realtors Bill Kuhns and Kay Stoddard, recognizing them for their volunteer efforts on behalf of the Elkhart County Interdiction and Covert Enforcement Unit (I.C.E.), which is supervised by the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney.     "Bill and Kay are the epitome of community-minded people, which is demonstrated in the time and devotion each of them has given to the success of the Elkhart County I.C.E. Unit," said Prosecuting Attorney Hill.  "These plaques are symbolic of the deep and sincere appreciation that the I.C.E. Unit and the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney share for Bill and Kay's commitment and partnership in promoting a safer Elkhart County environment."
