At that time the Elkhart County Prosecuting Attorney's Office sought to stop two massage parlors from reopening and operating at the Utopia Spa, The Elkhart County Prosecuting Attorney's Office requested that the named Defendants; Natural Image Spa, Yong Soon Davidson, Chang Williams, Nicholas Trachevski, Sang Wiggins, and the lessor Howard Hung Lin and Swank LLC be restrained and enjoined from engaging in the enterprise commonly known as the Natural Image Spa, or from operating a massage parlor, from promoting prostitution or from engaging in any other enterprise in violation of the law at 26084 County Road 6, Elkhart, or any other location in Elkhart County.    The Elkhart County Prosecuting Attorney's Office also requested that the Defendants; Utopia Acupressure, Sang Wiggins, In Sung Caldwell, Diane Caldwell and lessor James Anderson also be restrained and enjoined from engaging in the enterprise commonly known as the Simonton Lake Massage Therapy or Utopia Acupressure or operating a massage parlor or promoting prostitution or from engaging in any other enterprise in violation of the law at 51533 State Road 19 North, Elkhart, or any other location in Elkhart County.  In addition, on Saturday the 15th chief investigator Bill Wargo arrested In Sun Caldwell, age 42,   ***  1840 Huntington Blvd., Apt 508, Hoffman Estates, Illinoison a warrant charging her with Corrupt Business Influence and Promoting Prostitution. Her bond was set at $5,000.00. Investigators at the Elkhart County Prosecuting Attorney's Office had learned that Ms. Caldwell, who has since moved to the Chicago area, was going to be in Elkhart on Saturday. Her current criminal charges stem from the investigation into the illegal activities alleged to have been taking place at the Utopia location on State Road 19 North near Simonton Lake.  51533 State Road19 North, Elkhart and the Natural Image Spa at 26084 County Road6 in Elkhart. Arrests have previously been made at each of these two locations for Prostitution, Promoting Prostitution and Corrupt Business Influence dating back to October 2003 and continuing into December 2004 and January 2005.
