The Elkhart County Interdiction and Covert Enforcement Unit (ICE) is comprised of officers from the Elkhart County Sheriff's Department, Elkhart Police Department, Goshen Police Department and the Nappanee Police Departments  *** MEDIA ADVISORY *** July 13, 2006                FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE I.C.E. “TRIPLE PLAY” INITIATIVE-WEEK #4 MEDIA CONTACT:  Bill Wargo, 296-1888             The “Triple Play” wanted persons of the week are:1.      Everett Wade, age 40, 6’00”, 215#, last known address of 1001 S. Mayflower Lot 168, South Bend, Indiana. Wade has been charged with Delivery of Cocaine, a Class B Felony, and his bond has been set at $75,000. He faces up to 20 years in prison.2.      Lavelle Manning, age 21, last known address of 118 Cedar St., Elkhart. Manning has been charged with Delivery of Cocaine, a Class B Felony and his bond has been set at $75,000. He faces up to 20 years in prison.3.      Nichole Papet, age 20, last known address of 300 Blk of Aspenwald St., Elkhart. She has been charged with Delivery of Amphetamine, a Class B Felony. Papet’s bond has been set at $75,000. She faces up to 20 years in prison. These three individuals can turn themselves into any law enforcement agency, at which time they will be arrested and taken to the Elkhart County Jail for booking. They will then be eligible to post bond on the charges, or remain in the Elkhart County Jail until their trial.  Information on these persons can also be called into any area law enforcement agency. In addition anyone with information on the whereabouts of these persons can also call CRIMESTOPPERS at 288-STOP or 1 800 342-STOP (7867). The South Bend area CRIMESTOPPERS program regularly provides “tip information” to the ICE Unit as well as all other Elkhart County law enforcement agencies.                            ***
