Hill Jr. their investigation so far into the fatal shooting that occurred at 916 W. Blaine Ave., on Sunday March 18th. Mr. Hill reviewed the preliminary investigation and has authorized the filing of Murder and Attempted Murder Charges charges against Tyrus D. Coleman, AKA: Tank, age 27. Coleman, AKA: Tank is suspected of shooting Jeremaine Jackson, age 20, who was mortally wounded. Also wounded during this same incident was Anthony Dye, age 36, who is currently being treated at Memorial Hospital in South Bend. The charge of Murder carries a penalty of up to 65 years in prison. The charge of Attempted Murder is a Class A felony punishable by up to 50 years in prison.
