The arrest took place at the Natural Image Spa, 26084 County Road 6 in Elkhart. This “massage parlor” has been under investigation for over a year and on December 9th 2004 search and arrest warrants were served at the same location. The “spa” had stayed closed until Monday the 10th of January. At the time of the arrest Ms. Davidson was also served with a civil forfeiture summons seeking forfeiture on $22,584.00 that was seized in December.
